BackedFit is operated by Silvia Ventures LLC. It is a platform that helps athletes sell sponsorship directly to their supporters. BackedFit is not the seller of any sponsorship and never holds sponsors' money. Refunds are covered in our refund policy. Questions: support@backedfit.com.

For athletes

• You are the seller. Sponsors pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and you are the merchant of record for every sale.
• You are solely responsible for delivering what you sold: printing, applying or wearing sponsor logos, and following the rules of every event you enter.
• You handle all refunds, disputes and chargebacks from your own Stripe balance. BackedFit does not hold, guarantee or return your sponsors' money.
• BackedFit's platform fee is deducted from each payment and is not refunded when you refund a sponsor. The one exception is bump pricing: when a sponsor is bumped and refunded automatically, BackedFit returns its fee on that payment.
• You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• You may refuse or remove any logo. BackedFit may remove logos or pages that break the law or these terms.

For sponsors

• You are buying from the athlete named on this page, not from BackedFit. The athlete is the seller and handles delivery, refunds and disputes.
• The athlete will display your logo at the events listed, subject to event rules and conditions on the day.
• If the athlete does not start or finish an event, any refund is at the athlete's discretion.
• You confirm you have the right to use the logo you upload, and that it is not offensive or unlawful. The athlete may decline it, in which case you are refunded in full.
• Your logo appears publicly on this page once your payment clears.
